Nathalie and her business partner, (whom she has since married and they have a beautiful daughter) packed up and left their native Paris, France to find the sun and realize a dream. After selling everything that did not fit into a couple of suitcases, they relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to open a French Bistro. Their French Ambiance Restaurant and Catering business became a reality and achieved recognition as "Best Small Business" and "Best Crepes" shortly after opening!

Well-informed
Nathalie received her Bachelor's Degree in Russian from La Sorbonne University, Paris France, and her Master's Degree in International Business from the International Business School, CPEI, Paris, France. She earned a Certificate in Kinesiology and trained in Shiatsu "Minna San Do So" at the Centre Odoul, Paris, France. A Licensed Massage Therapist and Transformational Life Coach, Nathalie received both Diplomas from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), Tempe, Arizona. Nathalie is also a Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) Trainer and Consultant as well as a Spiritual Restructuring Therapist and Trainer, Certified for both techniques by the Spiritual Response Association. She translated the SRT method to French and spent time teaching it in Europe.
