(I am so excited by the new workshop I just created, be sure to have a look at the PS at the bottom of this post! I SO want to share this with you!)

December can be a pretty cold month for some of us. For me this year it will be pretty hot, like summer hot – I mean about 80*F. It will actually be summer where I’ll be… in the West part of Africa, in Cameroon.

If you actually want to share a little of the spirit of Cameroon, you can actually watch and listen to brilliant jazz musician Manu Dibango playing this uplifting soul “Makossa” by going to. It may brighten your day and help you forget that I won’t be there for a month!

I will attend many family reunions there for the holidays, as all my in-laws from France will join us in Douala. Lots of Love and Fun there!

Yet, we are going also “for business” and to follow Spirit’s guidance. I have known that my husband and I are supposed to create a foundation to help women and children in Africa to lift their level of consciousness by creating small businesses and generating more financial prosperity. We don’t know exactly how it will look like, yet we know we’ll be inspired to do it. So, this trip is our first step!

We know we are supported by the higher realms to do it, because we have the evidence of it. For example, I have this visual of the foundation’s book with pictures I have taken, black and white portraits of children and women, with poems and quotes. To do it I needed to manifest a non-digital camera. A few days after my request to Spirit, I received it through a client and friend; thank you so much Ana, for trusting me with your beautiful equipment! I really appreciate it.

Appreciation and LOVE come from the same energy. The more I go into appreciation, the more I generate Love and the more I attract Magnificence! It is a different vibration than Gratitude.

Now that Thanksgiving is over, let’s shift towards APPRECIATION. What do you appreciate in your life? And how?

I am in appreciation of being able to live fully my primary value, freedom. Mmm, delicious! ~ I am in appreciation of having a house sitter for a month; thank you, Christine! Mmm, relief! ~ I am in appreciation of having almost the entire draft of my first book complete before I go to Africa! Mmm, exciting! ~ I am in appreciation of skype.com that allows my clients to stay connected and have sessions with me even 1,000’s of miles away from my office! Mmm, practical! ~ The list goes on and on!
